Rhondda Cynon Taf – one year on

It has been almost one year since we officially opened our Rhondda Cynon Taf office and have been providing excellent levels of care in the area ever since.

Since taking over the care contract for the area, we have employed more than 100 staff, all of whom have been working exceptionally hard. We think they deserve a lot of recognition for the role that they are providing within the community and the high levels of care they are giving.

We have many instances where employees have been promoted too, proving they are committed to us and the community they serve.

We even have examples of staff going above and beyond the call of duty, and have many notes from service users saying how happy they are with the service we are providing.

High standards are being met by us and we’re servicing service users correctly, and putting those we’re caring for first. We have also radically improved the level of training for our care staff and employ our own resident, professional trainers. Initiatives like these have raised the bar for the whole profession of care.

We have also been piloting the use of more assistive technology and innovative moving and handling aids, supporting our strong ethos of care and enablement, and have given choice and control back to the people who use our services.

We’re continually expanding our team and would love for new kind and caring individuals to join us.
