We provide the care, support and practical service required to enable people to remain in their homes. Abacare staff
are absolutely committed to the following aims and principles:

- Highest level of training for care staff to ensure your needs and wishes are met
- To enable them to live as ordinary a life as possible
- Enable them to make decisions relating to their own care
- To be able to have control in their own lives
- To enable them to have their own independence
- To allow them to feel secure and have absolute confidence in the way their care needs are being met
- To ensure that all staff have been carefully recruited and selected for each service user, that every member of the team has been thoroughly
trained and all staff undergo strict police checks
